Limitations of Responsibility

Termination
NPO VISTA reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or terminate your Expert Panel membership at any time, with or without prior notice, especially in cases of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, conflicts of interest, unprofessional behavior, repeated non-responsiveness, or non-compliance with these Terms. Experts may also voluntarily withdraw by providing written notice. Upon termination, pending engagements must be formally closed, and confidential materials returned or destroyed as instructed. Post-termination, you remain bound by all confidentiality, data use, intellectual property, indemnity, and ethical obligations, which survive termination.
Verification and Disassociation
Experts are enrolled following a reference, screening, or verification process. NPO VISTA may limit or end your role if participation breaches these Terms, involves misrepresentation, causes confusion, or harms the forum’s reputation. You may voluntarily withdraw by formally notifying the coordination team. Contributions made before disassociation may remain part of the NPO VISTA knowledge base.
Entire Agreement and Severability
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and NPO VISTA regarding your Expert Panel engagement. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remainder shall remain effective. NPO VISTA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with continued participation signifying acceptance of such updates.
